Session & Scheduling Policy

Effective Date:  March 30, 2025

These terms outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for clients booking any session with ByteSized Help LLC. By scheduling or attending a session, you agree to the following policies:

Booking & Scheduling

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the designated online platform.

  • Remote sessions are conducted via Zoom only.

  • In-person sessions require advance approval and are scheduled at the client’s chosen location, subject to travel policies.

  • Sessions start and end on time; punctuality is expected.

Session Types & Use

  • Sessions include but are not limited to: ByteFix, System Tune-Up, Launch Planning, and strategic consultations.

  • Each session is tailored to the service type selected at the time of booking.

  • Clients are responsible for providing relevant access, background info, or documentation needed to make the session effective.

  • Time may not be rolled over or transferred between sessions unless covered by a multi-session pack or retainer.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No Shows

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice with no penalty.

  • Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows (no communication and missed appointment) will be charged 100% of the session fee.

  • If the session was in-person, any applicable travel fees will still apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled through the booking system or by contacting admin@bytesizedhelp.com.

Technology & Access

  • For remote sessions, clients must have a reliable internet connection and working Zoom access.

  • ByteSized Help LLC is not responsible for missed time due to technical issues on the client’s end.

  • In-person clients must provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace with power and internet (if applicable).

Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • All pricing is listed in the official Fee Schedule.

  • Additional fees may apply for travel, add-ons, or policy violations (e.g., late cancellations).

Client Responsibility & Disclaimers

  • ByteSized Help LLC provides strategic tech consulting only.

  • Clients are solely responsible for implementing any advice or guidance provided.

  • ByteSized Help LLC is not liable for the outcomes of business decisions made as a result of consulting sessions.

  • We do not offer legal, financial, or tax advice.

Policy Updates

We may update this Policy occasionally to reflect changes in practices, technologies, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
