In Person Policy

Effective Date:  March 30, 2025

These terms outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for clients booking any session with ByteSized Help LLC. By scheduling or attending a session, you agree to the following policies:

Eligibility & Approval

  • In-person sessions are available by request and subject to approval based on location, scope of work, and availability.

  • ByteSized Help LLC reserves the right to decline in-person appointments at its sole discretion.

  • Clients must be located within a reasonable travel radius. Requests outside this range may require additional planning or incur higher travel fees.

Location Requirements

  • In-person sessions will take place at the client’s chosen location, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients are responsible for providing a clean, quiet, and distraction-free environment suitable for focused consulting work.

  • The location must have reliable access to power, internet (if applicable), and any tools or systems needed for the session.

Travel Fee Schedule

  • Travel fees are based on round-trip mileage from ByteSized Help’s home base and are outlined in the official Fee Schedule. Additional tolls, parking fees, or extended travel requirements may result in further charges.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No Shows

  • Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the scheduled in-person session will be charged 50% of the session fee plus the applicable travel fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee plus the applicable travel fee.

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once a session has been confirmed and scheduled.

Safety & Conduct

  • ByteSized Help LLC reserves the right to end a session immediately if the environment is unsafe, disruptive, or not in line with agreed-upon expectations.

  • Clients must ensure a professional and respectful environment throughout the session.

Policy Updates

We may update this Policy occasionally to reflect changes in practices, technologies, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
